Moët Over Ice Does Work!
Shhhhhh – you may want to keep this new little oasis of indulgence and relaxation to yourself….
The Edgbaston Boutique Hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre, celebrated the launch of their Moët Terrace on Saturday evening. And what a fabulous evening it was!
The sun obligingly adorned the stylish new outdoor space - a perfect and complimentary extension to the sophistication of this lovely building and its tasteful and vibrant interior design.
The new terrace looked joyful with party balloons proud around the comfy seating spaces and raised decking. Soul-try sounds filled the warm air courtesy of a very cool DJ who played just the best music.
A smiling bar tender welcomed us and enthusiastically introduced us to Moët & Chandon Imperial Ice. Apparently this is the first and only Champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice.
A new champagne experience for me which I wasn’t sure I would enjoy: But hey – let me say it definitely works. Just perfect for summer!
Feeling peckish we ordered the Edgbaston Hot Taster Board from the Bar Menu – a delicious selection of homemade savoury delights, which were made fresh to order.
The team were a credit to the venue – knowledgeable, fun and genuinely keen for you to enjoy your wining and dining experience.
And with an a la carte menu, Afternoon Tea and an amazing Cocktail List to sample – I can’t wait for a return visit!
The Edgbaston also has 6 feature bedrooms and several hospitality areas - each with its own bar - ideal for those small corporate events.
