Oh the joy of discovering a corporate meetings and events venue that truly holds extra-ordinary appeal!

Event Bookers – You know the brief …

Stanbrook Abbey

You’ve been tasked with finding an unusual meeting venue, in an amazing setting, which has all the technical support facilities available.

A venue that is going to create a unique experience and unforgettable memories.

It needs to be in a convenient location, accommodate a multitude of meeting space requirements, has very comfortable bedrooms, serves great food, be luxurious and still meets budget. Sometimes – it can be a tall order…

Not so though if your event is going to be Midlands based….

The tobook team are still buzzing from our recent familiarisation trip to Stanbrook Abbey

A magnificent Grade II-Listed Pugin Abbey, set in 26 acres of stunning grounds - An architectural masterpiece which is steeped in a fascinating history and which, was once home to the Benedictine Nuns.

A true treasure, the Abbey has an endless list of options for creating a meeting like no other and offers extra special meeting space treats for all your specific needs.

Imagine… the Great Callow Hall as the back-drop to your presentation…

Callow Hall

...or the comfort and tranquility of one of the unique boardrooms for your strategy meeting, a syndicate break-out in the library or Brides Manor room…

Why not add-on a delegate Abbey Tour…

Fancy a wine tasting experience…

Wine Tasting
Wine Cellar Dining

Or how about a small and wacky lunch gathering in the original bakery or a relaxed evening meal in the wine cellar?

Need your meeting livening up before the business – how about Segway rides in the grounds or taking on the Outdoor Firepit?

Snooker

Later - how about kicking back after dinner in one of cellar games rooms for snooker, billiards, cards, back gammon?

An ideal space for organising an evening team games-challenge event too.

Our Abbey Tour was rounded off with a delicious dinner - our group taking a la carte dining in Sister Charlotte’s restaurant.

Despite every one of us loving our chosen dishes – we still couldn’t help but have food envy for the other dishes presented at the table. I opted for the Twice Cooked Belly Pork & Black Pudding Starter – which had the yummiest crackling, followed by the Hake Ballotine which was perfectly cooked and served with an imaginative red onion jam strudel.

Food

Private Dining and Banqueting menus are equally as special and tailored for your event and budget.

Pudding was too tempting to pass by and, my Almond Frangipane with cherry compote, marinated cherries and white chocolate ice cream was heaven on a plate – I feel even Sister Charlotte would have forgiven the indulgence!

The tobook team prides itself on offering inspiring venue options for our client consideration. We are personally visiting and experiencing as many hotels and venues in the UK and overseas as possible – that way we can really know that proposals are fulfilling our client brief to best effect.
